Rachel Beasley: "Du weisst, wie das ist. Du fühlst die Eingebung und musst ihr folgen." Ein Satz, der
einer Künstlerin würdig ist. 
Als sie fortfährt, blitzt diese Ironie auf, die ein Grund war, sie aus vielen, vielen Talenten auszuwählen:

"...also hatte ich aus einem Polsterbezug ein Kleid zu schneidern; ein Experiment, sicherlich; in
Wirklichkeit noch süßer als auf dem Bild." 

Ist formal auch vieles bekannt, das sie in einer Mischung aus Übermut und Kindlichkeit, nebenbei oder
mit unerschütterlichem Ernst publiziert - bekannt als die Sprache der Generation Twitter, Flickr, Myspace,
- macht Innerlichkeit und Ernsthaftigkeit, und eine Traurigkeit die in all den seltsamen kleinen
Bilder liegt den Unterschied.

So wird im Zwischenreich zum Erwachsensein in glückhaften Momenten aus Zufall oder Talent geschaffen
ein Bild des Lebens an sich wach, das lang, oft ist das Talent erloschen oder die Richtung eine ganz
andere geworden, nachleuchtet und an eine Tiefe rührt.

Und da Rachel Beasleys Bilder unbemerkt und nachhaltig ans Herz greifen, wünschen wir ihr das Beste,
und wünschen uns, dass sie vom "photographykidd" zur Photographin wächst.

"You know how it is, you just feel the inspiration and have to let it out." As she continues, this incredible
irony manifests itself, that was one of the reasons which led us to choose her amongst the large number
of talents. "...also I made that dress out of a pillow case, an experiment I'm sure. It's cuter in person."
 
Even if a lot is known about that what she publishes as a cross between boisterousness and childishness,
on the side or with unfaltering solemnity - this is known as the generation Twitter, Flickr and
Myspace - it also evokes a feeling of inwardness, gravity and sadness. The difference lies in all the
strange little pictures.

At the threshold of adulthood a picture of life is created out of chance or talent,
it is vivid and great, often the talent has ceased or taken a different path, it still shines faintly and
illuminates the depth.

As Rachel Beasley's pictures really take a hold on one's affections unnoticed, we wish her all the best
and hope that she will grow from the "photographykidd" to become a photographer.
